Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means “wheel”. Our chakras/wheels are spinning vortexes of energy located in our subtle energetic body. The seven main chakras run from the bottom of the spine to the crown of our head. Each "wheel" correlates with physical, emotional and mental health. We will learn all about the chakras, how balanced (or not) yours are and what we can do to tap into the power of each of them.

One of the best ways to relieve stress, balance the chakras and bring your body back into balance is through natural therapies such as Yoga and Aromatherapy with Essential Oils.

In this workshop we will explore:

* The 7 main chakras & their functions

* The color and sound associated with each chakra

* What happens when the chakras are out of balance

* How to calm them through yoga asana
